Apologising for the late uploads on the opening ceremony on 9th April 08, the day when the drums returned!

We gathered in the clubhouse at 1030hrs, and everyone was in high spirits and anticipating the call from the delivery man which would announce the arrival.

And when the drums did arrive past noon, we prepared our trolley and off we went. There were so many huge boxes to be ferried, and we made several trips to and fro before finally moving everything into the clubhouse. The whole process was really tiresome as the boxes were really bulky but I thought we really enjoyed the process, helping one another and stuff alike.

Open ceremony we had, but we couldn't play the drums yet before clearing all the boxes and getting them out of the way. The whole process took some 1 hour, and hereby I apologise for the mess that were still in the clubhouse after everything. hoho.

Anyway, it's really great to be able to play the real drums again, and the feeling is just so different... I think everyone will have their own impressions on playing the drums again. (:
(I also don't know what I'm trying to imply here. haha)
All in all, we were amazed to find strands of cow hair on the drum skins. =P

Attire: Club Tee

1200-1400HRS: Lunch in SP & Travelling down to Chinatown Ten Dollar K
1400-1700HRS: Gathering Events (Compulsory to stay)
1700-1900HRS: Free & Easy (Those who want to leave can leave)

*There may be dinner after the k-session at 1900HRS.


Time for each individual to reach clubhouse will be notified by SMS.
Please be punctual.

For those of u who are in the stage of feeling "lost" in Daiko, I know exactly how u'r feeling, coz I've been through this. I believe all of u have heard this phrase:
When there's a will; There's a way. Simple, yet tells us clearly the way to life.

Keep the spirit high in SP Daiko k, all my juniors.
Hmm I hope majority, if not, all of u will join us for the coming gathering.
Well well, like most of my training sessions, I believe happy people will enjoy whatever they do.

Hello dear daikoreans!

We will be having our coming gathering on 12 April 08, Saturday.
Please make yourselves free on that day!!

Assembling in clubhouse at 9am (tentatively).
Late-comers get to enjoy "Four Feet"!

For the later part of the day, we'll be having our K session over at Ten Dollar K at Chinatown. Time booked from 2-7pm.
